Kosjenka Krapac
About the Author
Kosjenka Krapac has been a deputy municipal state attorney in Zagreb since 2008, and has been seconded to the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Croatia since 2014, on international investment arbitration cases. So far, she has participated in representing the Republic of Croatia before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in Paris in a total of five international disputes, all of which were successfully concluded in favour of the Republic of Croatia relating to various industries and sectors, such as tourism, transport and construction. Since 2021, she has been appointed to the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, listed as an arbitrator in disputes with and without an international dimension. She is a postgraduate specialist in corporate and commercial law at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, and in her free time, she is involved in charitable humanitarian work in the field of child and youth protection.
