Sara Horvatić was born in 1997 in Zagreb. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, in 2021, after defending her master’s thesis titled ‘Arbitration during the COVID-19 Pandemic’. She began her professional career at a law firm, where she primarily dealt with civil law, further developing her expertise in land registry and property law. After passing the Bar Exam with cum laude distinction in January 2024, she developed a strong interest in criminal law, which led her to join the Municipal State Attorney’s Office in Zagreb in August 2024. Sara subsequently enrolled and completed the State School for Judicial Officials.
